The girls were being their usual fun selves and they helped with looking after Malcolm.
At the end of the month, which was 7 weeks after the cast was applied and 8 weeks after the break, Malcolm started to put weight on his injured leg.
We tried to discourage it but he would still do it when we weren’t looking. I guess it was his way of telling us that the leg was getting stronger and he was nearly ready for the cast to come off.
