Nadine's 22 week scan was on Thursday 14th September. It was all good news but we had to make two visits. This was because the little feet were hidden at first and our little one couldn't be coaxed to turn. So off we went to the doctor & midwife parts of the appointment, returning about an hour later. The baby had turned & kicked numerous times by then. The sonographer confirmed that all checks were OK, including heart, kidneys, stomach, head, arms, hands, legs, & those little feet. As we were about to walk out the door, we reminded the sonographer that we had asked to find out if the little one would be a boy or a girl. We think she forgot but she responded "I'm pretty certain it's a girl." This first scan shows a decent profile - head, nose and mouth all very visible.
